Reviewif you want to get your boat on the water this year, I'd stay away from this place, I was told 3-5 days turn around, its more like 3-5 weeks basically, if you want your boat in time for next season, this is the place, if you want your boat next weekend, STAY AWAY. you'd have better luck fixing yourself. also, the friendly staff always has an excuse, says they will call you back, ( a week goes by...) and then says, they will not warranty your part, because the part was Aftermarket, even though the receipt clearly says 1 year warranty, and when there excuse from the beginning was that they don't have the part yet, when the part does come, its twice the amount they quoted you. so.... if you like to spend twice the money quoted, you like to wait three months for excuses, and parts, if you like NO WARRANTY, and no communication, and you don't want your boat back till next season, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! !!!! ...read more

I hired these guys to pull my dock and boat out last spring and store my boat paying in advance. I made an appointment in March for delivery of the boat and install of dock a month later in April. I phoned before the appointment since I haven't heard from them. I phoned the day of the appointment and waited around all day. I have phoned them a dozen times since. They have my boat and haven't yet returned a call. I wouldn't use them again and hope I will be able to recover my one year old boat ...read more

Well..after weeks and weeks of Jim ignoring me regarding my refund (he literally hid from me when he saw me pull up once) I went back to the shop to see what the problem was. A majority owner of the business, Mike, took over and helped me out. It took a couple wks, but he ended up giving me a full refund, instead of just a half refund, for my troubles. He acknowledged that this whole process was a mess and it appears that Jim made our original storage deal without consulting the other owners. Bottom line..I am probably soured on doing business here again, but at least I can say there ended up being a resolution to my problem that I was satisfied with. My advice to anyone going here..do not deal with Jim. He may be able to fix a jetski or boat (although that is unverified), but he does not appear to have a bit of business sense. Mike was much more concerned about the situation and resolved my problem in a timely manner. As I told Mike, one bad owner makes the whole business look bad. ...read more
