True Marine

Well..after weeks and weeks of Jim ignoring me regarding my refund (he literally hid from me when he saw me pull up once) I went back to the shop to see what the problem was. A majority owner of the business, Mike, took over and helped me out. It took a couple wks, but he ended up giving me a full refund, instead of just a half refund, for my troubles. He acknowledged that this whole process was a mess and it appears that Jim made our original storage deal without consulting the other owners. Bottom line..I am probably soured on doing business here again, but at least I can say there ended up being a resolution to my problem that I was satisfied with. My advice to anyone going here..do not deal with Jim. He may be able to fix a jetski or boat (although that is unverified), but he does not appear to have a bit of business sense. Mike was much more concerned about the situation and resolved my problem in a timely manner. As I told Mike, one bad owner makes the whole business look bad.

These guys talk a good game, but will NOT do as they say. I paid for a summer of indoor storage. It took two months of me complaining that my new boat sat in their unsecured rear lot, in the rain, before they finally put it inside. Then I could never get Jim to pull it out when I wanted. My boat sat inside for a total of two weeks. When I returned it, after July 4th weekend, it again sat in the rear lot for a month. Finally I had enough and asked for a refund. Jim fought me on it, but agreed to refund me half my money. Said it "would be in the mail". He even wrote me an IOU, but one month later and still no refund. Now he is dodging my texts and calls. I will update this if Jim keeps his word and mails me my money, but I'm not holding my breath. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. After seeing their operation I will not be suprised if they are out of business soon. Hate to take legal action over a small sum of money, but that is my next step...on principal.

True Marine which is now Full Service Marine was the worst service ever. They had my jet ski for a month and half and instead of fixing the jet ski they made it worse and just kept on making excuses on why it still was not fixed. after the month in a half i took it to Dee's Marine in clinton town ship and they had my jetski fixed in 3 days . Because of Full Service Maine they screwed up my jetski worse and ended up costing me an extra 400 dollars. Anyone that needs there jet ski of boat fixed DON'T go to Full Service Marine. Anywhere else would be better to get your boat fixed
