Omission on earlier post: they break many many OSHA rules. They had people lanyard to forklifts standing on a pallet to pick freight out of racks that went to the ceiling in a freezer. They place cases of fish on the floor deliberately during shipping at night and some full pallets of frozen fish sit outside of the freezer for hours! It is CRAZY! ...read more

This is a Chinese owned company.the majority of the employees are Chinese except for the labor jobs. I was one of the many managers terminated from this company for asking too many questions and refusing to do unethical things in regards to food and employee relations. They sell seafood to Chinese and Mexican restaurants in the southern states so beware. They absolutely do not care about their employees and they many many OSHA rules. The CEO Terry is a joke he really reports to the head buyer and the head buyers sister. The company goes by two other names Imaex and Eastern Star Seafood. Work here only if you are desparate and don't mind being treated like a sweat shop worker for very little pay. I can also tell that the good review was written by someone in sales who hasn't seen enough checks yet. They charge sales people like crazy. ...read more

I have met employees that they been in the company for many many years, example 16 and 13 years, I like what I see at this moment.They like hard worked people if you are lazy they will let you go that's why this company it's successful ...read more
