Omission on earlier post: they break many many OSHA rules. They had people lanyard to forklifts standing on a pallet to pick freight out of racks that went to the ceiling in a freezer. They place cases of fish on the floor deliberately during shipping at night and some full pallets of frozen fish sit outside of the freezer for hours! It is CRAZY!

This is a Chinese owned company.the majority of the employees are Chinese except for the labor jobs. I was one of the many managers terminated from this company for asking too many questions and refusing to do unethical things in regards to food and employee relations.... They sell seafood to Chinese and Mexican restaurants in the southern states so beware. They absolutely do not care about their employees and they many many OSHA rules. The CEO Terry is a joke he really reports to the head buyer and the head buyers sister. The company goes by two other names Imaex and Eastern Star Seafood. Work here only if you are desparate and don't mind being treated like a sweat shop worker for very little pay. I can also tell that the good review was written by someone in sales who hasn't seen enough checks yet. They charge sales people like crazy.

I have met employees that they been in the company for many many years, example 16 and 13 years, I like what I see at this moment.They like hard worked people if you are lazy they will let you go that's why this company it's successful
Run The Other Way
You will want to think twice or maybe even three times before starting any job description with this company. Their number one issue is that they do not have an HR department. Current president of the company is incompetent and does not know how to properly address wo...rk issues. They are manipulative and they are liars. This company could have so much potential if the right people were in the right place.

The CEO is a rodeo man . He trade the employees like cows. No respect show.He's unable to be fair with the employees. Nobody stay at the company in special drivers,warehouse workers,outside sale .

Terrible!!!! BAD COMPANY TO WORK. The company don't have HR department so the CEO supost take care of everything.The CEO take sides, never let you finish speek. He always demand to you and done. That said, more and more states are passing laws giving employees legal rights against hostility, bullying and �mobbing� behavior at work.At this company A
