So, continuing from my previous comment, I thatwould HIGHLY not recommend this office. If you do happen to attend this particular doctor's office, make sure YOU make sure they are doing their jobs point blank period! Make sure you follow up on EVERYTHING, and if you have a sneaking suspicion that the info they give you about your child's health and or issues is not correct, ALWAYS get a second opinion! Oh, last but not least, my husband and I were told our son had diaper rash, but it is exema. :(

Now, I know not every person has the same experiences everywhere, but the incompetence, lack of responsibility, and unprofessionalism within this office is unfathomable. For myself, they ranged from: Not receiving a phone call before my son's initial appointment to advise me he would not be able to be seen that day which I ended up wasting time, effort, AND gas only to be turned away, filling out 2 packets of patient info forms only for them to NOT scan them in the computer and I had to fill them out ALL over AGAIN, the previous office was never contacted for the faxing of my son's shot records which left them lost as HELL as to which shots to administer, THEN, to put the icing on the cake, I'm told AFTER ALL THIS CRAP, that they are NOT a pediatrician office and it would be recommended I switch my kids Dr.
