I started using Dumfries Marine in 2001, when the mechanic I was using in Wasington, DC started charging me exorbidant rates and leaving me with an outboard motor that still didn't work. I was upset with my mechanic and called Dumfries Marine hoping for some relief. A very kind invidual answered the phone named "Chris" and said sure bring your motor over I will take care of it. A week later I received a phone call from Chris asking me to come pick up my outboard. Needless to say the mechanical work was supreme, his advice for avoiding future problems right on point and the customer service exceptional.
