HORRIBLE!!!! Sold me a stove that leaked gas and a fridge that would not cool. My alarm started going off for CO2 poisoning!!!! I called MIKE and he did not care!!!! I told him that I would take him the the fridge and the stove to get it fixed as i live over 45 minutes away and he said that he did not have the parts so it would not be worth it. Worst service ever! I rented a memory foam bed for a month-paid for it in advance and they brought the bed 4 hours late-I kept calling and kept being told it was on the way- and it was a used box spring! I refused it and they brought a cheap, cheap, cheap memory foam bed, (but at least it was new). I called a month later to extend the rental for 1 more week and was put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and called back-another hold of 10 minutes and was told I could pay in a week-Wha?? I explained that I had paid in advance and would like to pay another week in advance. Although I do understand that a large part of Rent a Centers clientele is made up of people who don't/can't pay, I am NOT one of them and EVERYONE deserves to be treated with respect.
