HORRIBLE!!!! Sold me a stove that leaked gas and a fridge that would not cool. My alarm started going off for CO2 poisoning!!!! I called MIKE and he did not care!!!! I told him that I would take him the the fridge and the stove to get it fixed as i live over 45 minutes away and he said that he did not have the parts so it would not be worth it. Now he will not return my calls!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

This was even my report to the Better Business Bureau:
Poor concern for time on repair and gave us a washer that wasn't fixed or possibly wasn't ours.had cops called on him at his store due to threats. turned in the washer for repair. The repair wasn't done or was given a different one same model without it being fixed. Promised us 3 days and phone call if it was longer after multiple calls only by us and empty promises. 6 weeks later we got the wrong and broken washer. he cussed in front of my children and wife. Then he threatened to "Beat the s&^*" out of my washer. cops were called and I did tell him he was being "an a&$" after I put my kids and wife in the car. he would not give us paperwork on what he did in the repair and the cops were called and he was sited for multiple other warrants out for him. The cop told us "WE should do anything we can to make his business struggle, he is a cheat and a swindler". We now have a washer that is not fixed and we are scammed by a jerk that has no regard for anyone but himself. He also took video and pictures of my wife and kids and has our address. He was advised in a verbal restraining order to stay away. case #ask and I will give it to you. We have been a bit scared to take any major action because of how volatile he was. Now the problem is that we do not have a washer that was promised to work. I know the problem was a new rear bearing and I know the tub has to be replaced to get it fixed about $750. That was about $100 more than we bought it for and I think he just waited to get a different one in and give it to us. I don't think he repaired it due to the bearing that is in the washer is old and even has rusted with it leaking fluid.

heard about USA Applaince from a friend and had a great experience purchasing my washer. I appreciated the customer service, advice, free delivery and 1 year warranty. Over a year later and no problems. I use it almost everyday. Channeling my inner Scarlett O'Hara: as God is my witness, I'll never go back to quarters again!
