Horrible!!! I used this business to repair scratches on my car. It took over a week for him to do the job and after the first wash the scratches were back. He is extremely unprofessional. I have bwen calling for months now to get my car completed. Best advice is to stay far away from this "magic man". There are people who actually do great work for comparable, if not better pricing. Over a they do a decent job I drive from another side of town just to go here regularly. How ever there are definitely areas they can improve on. They have 4 vacuum heads in the main wash line and not one of them is a crack and crevice tool. Which means your car is never vacuumed properly. Sometmies dirt lint or dust etc may be left right in the middle of the floor because they don't bother to move the the seats forward or back when vacuuming. Then there is no attention paid to detail when drying the car and cleaning windows. There are certain areas on cars that collect water which they should know. They don't dry it and u end up with water marks by the time u drive home. Often times windows and mirrors are left smeared as well. ...Oddly enough they still have edge over other car washes who do even worse. They seem to always want to market extra services. I bought in group on. You have to make appointment before you go so keep calling no body answer my phone call or return my voice message . After keep trying more than 8 or 10 they make appointment for me. I went on my scheduled appointment. There is no body at that location so I called and they told me we will send some one iin few minute. After waiting 20 minute the guy shows up saying that the water is not working. So do not wast your time and Money . Very bad customer service . No body contact until I called find out my self ...read more
