Over a they do a decent job I drive from another side of town just to go here regularly. How ever there are definitely areas they can improve on. They have 4 vacuum heads in the main wash line and not one of them is a crack and crevice tool. Which means your car is never vacuumed properly. Sometmies dirt lint or dust etc may be left right in the middle of the floor because they don't bother to move the the seats forward or back when vacuuming. Then there is no attention paid to detail when drying the car and cleaning windows. There are certain areas on cars that collect water which they should know. They don't dry it and u end up with water marks by the time u drive home. Often times windows and mirrors are left smeared as well. ...Oddly enough they still have edge over other car washes who do even worse. They seem to always want to market extra services. I just feel like "why would I pay you to do extra when u can't do the basics correctly"?
