After driving 20miles to hand this guy $35 for "application fee" ..I call him back an he tells me that my credit kept me from renting the house. I have excellent rental credit and history. He just took my money & I have not received a cresit denial. Still trying to find out what "credit" bureau was used. Scammed for $35. If 10 people submit an app that's $350 this realtor just made.
