There are a lot of everyday distractions, your relationship with Friends, Family. Social obligations that can distract you from successful investing. That is why your plan has milestones as well as deadlines to keep you on track to maintain focus.

Once you locate that property, line up the financing, and have set your plan into action, something you Never Ever thought would happen will happen. You start to notice Deals&Opportunities; all around you! This is where maintaining focus can get very difficult.

An experienced Investor with a few deals under their belt can easily juggle several ventures at a time without missing a beat. If however you are new and just learning the “art”&skills” needed and required to be a successful Investor it can be a bit overwhelming.

DO NOT as my mother used to say “Bite Off More Than You can Chew”. Set the other Opportunities aside until you accomplish your goal. Pass it along to a member of the team you have assembled. This can only strengthen bonds with your team while refocusing everyone on goals of real estate investing.

Savvy Investors know; every deal, every property is different. While the numbers may work for your objective it may not work for another Investor with different objectives. Real estate deals come & go, passing on buying opportunity that allows you to achieve the goals set, times the best business decision you can make.
