They don't deserve one star. They are terrible. The home I moved into had mouse traps hidden in drawers ans closets. They didn't take them out, so when we moved in my fingers were almost taken off. The home had food left in cabinets from previous tenants, and was filthy. I have lived here a year, and in this year I have had my dishwasher break multiple times, even after they replaced it with the cheapest possible, my floors were flooded from a waterheater that broke, both sinks have had leaks, and the air conditioning has broke two seperate times in the middle of summer. We are good tenants ans take care of this home, yet they continue to replace things that break with minimal effort. They take hours to get to your home to fix something, and I have even been told by a repairman that the houses always have these issues because they buy the cheapest replacements possible. Honestly, this has been nothing but a huge headache for me and my family, renters beware!
