The review by Laruie made on Feb. 18, 2014 was made by a scam artist. We only had one person in on Feb. 18th for a replacement. We were not even sure the flowers were purchased here. She said they were purchased by her husband.We tried to replace her roses even though she had no receipt. She demanded money back....our policy is no receipt, no monetary refund. I have used Four Seasons Florist for many happy and sad occasions. Every time I order here it comes out just as expected if not better! I love their selection of green and blooming plants. Hassle free, excellent service, beautiful arrangements and the owner is very kind and courteous. ONLY complaint, the location was a little hard to find the first time. They are on the backside of a shopping complex but it is off Wilma Rudolph Blvd, near the 101st/Warfield Overpass, so it has been very convenient.
