I took my daughter to a birthday party there and I thought the service was exceptional!! Its a party place for girls, so of course they aren't going to get the same type of mani or pedi as an adult would. The staff soaked their hands and feet and let them pick out different flavored fizzies to put in their water. The facials that they received were very pampering. They use the organic kids products which i was familiar with and they even sell it in their retail. I bought some for my daughter! Overall, I say this is something that every little girl would LOVE! I came here for the first time to get a Brazilian waxing done. This is not the first time I have had this done. After paying $45, she left most of the hair still there. My skin was blistered where she had repeatedly waxed the same spot. When I called to talk to the manager, she said I could come back to the same girl (who already made me blister) to have it redone.
