Plastic frame was broken in the process of replacing the headliner. When this was pointed out to them, they said they would get part and replace it. I have called to order a part for my automotive lift numerous times. I have spoken to Cindy twice and she has said she would call me "right" back within 15 minutes. She has never called back, I have left voice mail messages twice also. This has been going on for 6 days.
