In both 1988 and 2004 my husband and I shopped Lake Norman Chrysler for trucks. On both occasions we left, literally walked out mid-sale, because of the attitude of the sales staff. When I decided to make a trip there on 5-21-13 to look at a specific vehicle, I was very cautious. When I entered the showroom, I knew this time things would be different. Brian Cramer assisted me and he was very informed on the vehicle I was looking at, respectful, and listened to my wants and needs. It was a pleasant surprise!!! I made a purchase that day and am very pleased with the 2012 Dodge Avenger!!! I guess third time really is the charm!!
