The tech didn't replace a gasket on my oil filter and I had a slow oil leak that led to a seized engine. The manager admitted fault but yet it took two weeks and multiple phone calls on my part before my car was repaired. Despite the $3000 I paid out of pocket to m mechanic, I was only reimbursed $2300. In addition I paid $60 out of pocket for the rental they "provided" to me via enterprise rent a car for three days.
