I purchased an anchor setup for my 30 ft. boat from West Marine for $100 and the first time that I anchored my boat the shackle that they sold me to hold the anchor to the chain broke and I lost my anchor. When I called and spoke with the manager about it she told me that she would look into it and call me back and let me know what they could do. I waited two days with no reply back from her. So I called back and asked to speak with her yet again and she then told me that there is nothing that she could do that once there products left the store they weren t responsible for them. DON T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY DON T WARRANTY WHAT THEY SELL AND THEY DON T STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS SINCE THEY ARE NOT OF GOOD QUALITY!!! ...read more

Have you ever been in a situation where you had to make a tough choice? Deciding which is right & which is wrong can be very confusing & sometimes painful! Some choices will affect other choices outcomes, so you certainly don't want to make a right decision followed up with a bad decision. Take your boat for instance, you wouldn't want to purchase the best boat(s) on the market only to rely on a cheap lift, cheap dock or cheap dock accessories to protect it with, would you? I hope you said no! Otherwise, why would you have bought the best boat on the market? If you want to rely on cheap products, then your solution will not be found in this blog! Wait for our economic blogs with lesser info & worse advice! Our natural instincts tell us to rely on older established companies & their products because they have worked for a long time & they are usually cheaper than the newer more advanced products. This misconception will generally provide you with a wrong choice, a waste of money & a damaged boat or 2.
