I called to have the locks on my house changed and when I said I needed a few deadbolts, he said he didn't have ANY in stock. He said he would look around and call me back. Over an hour later, I found a different company who had them in stock so I called King Key to tell them to cancel the appointment I had made with them. I made an appointment to have the locks on my house changed. I even called back later on in the day to request extra copies of the keys to be made. At appointment time, they never showed up. Twenty minutes after the requested time, I called back. I was told they would page the guy who was coming out. Ten minutes later I called back and only got voice mail telling me to leave a message. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT! I ended up having to call another company on short notice and pay them extra for coming out so late.
