I made an appointment to have the locks on my house changed. I even called back later on in the day to request extra copies of the keys to be made. At appointment time, they never showed up. Twenty minutes after the requested time, I called back. I was told they would page the guy who was coming out. Ten minutes later I called back and only got voice mail telling me to leave a message. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT! I ended up having to call another company on short notice and pay them extra for coming out so late. Never depend on this company to keep their appointments.

I called to have someone come out and change my house locks, made an apointment for later on that day. Called a second time earlier than appointment to request extra key copies made and they verified what time they would see me. They never showed up. When I called them after the appointment time, all I got was a voice mail to leave a message. Yeah, like I'll ever call these guys again! Try showing up to your appointments if you want to stay in business!
