MD Diet Weight Loss & Nutrition

I have been extremely disappointed with MD diet clinic. The first appt includes a weight in but also a 2 hr lecture on your body. The speaker had some interesting information but claimed she had some disease that made it difficult to think and remember facts. Boy was she on the money, she was mixing up information left and right so it was impossible to follow her. Then you meet with nurses aid-- never a doctor, she takes notes and lets you decide what diet you want to be on, so go prepared to know their products and serivces. They are more than a grocery store which is all you can see when you walk in. I have had to ask for eveything. they seem hestitate to get you on HCG???? I get one shot a week and you can plan on at least a 20 minute wait for the shot whenever the nurse is in. Each person who has given me the shot gives me more info and new things to do. I had meet one on one with someone there and she spend 4 LONG miserable hours with me. I came away with nothing.
