Sassoon Salon

4.0

I had an appointment at the Sassoon salon in South Molton St. It was the worst haircut I have ever had. My hair was literally hacked and for the first time in my life I had a fringe, which does not suit my curly hair. The rest of my hair looks awful too. I didn't ask for any of it. She was a senior stylist and I guess I just trusted her. I am gutted - it will take months to grow out. Management have proved to be arrogant and brush off any criticism. Not a good way to treat customers. There is no feel-good factor in this salon.
