I was very dissatisfied with my experience here. I had some slight blurring on the drivers headlight on my 2006 BMW, so I brought it to Ugly Yellow Headlights to be repaired... the guy sanded down and "fixed" both headlights and when finished, they looked pretty good, not like new, but pretty good... less than 3 months later both of the headlights were COMPLETELY blurred, MUCH worse than they were originally when I brought the car over. Since they had a 90 day warranty, I went back and asked that the lights be done again... the owner was rather rude and said it had been four months and he would only redo them for half price. I had to pull out my calander on my phone and actually count the days to prove to him it was still under 90 days from the receipt date. He finally agreed and fixed the lights. They stayed clear for about another month, then completely blurred. Since then, I went on eBay and got brand new light assemblies for $200. So, it is a much better value to just to buy new headlights. This guys operation is a VERY temporary fix and very much a hassle when you have to keep going back and haggling with him... I went to the car wash on veterans. The manager Donald was very nice and helped me pick out the right car wash. There was some older man, I think they referred to him as Clyde, who kept starring at my wife and daughter. The man gives me the creeps. I was really excited going in here to clean my car and went there because it's close to my job. As i go in my car, the first thing i noticed is that my front windhield is broken. I went back to the cashier(which now i know is the owner) and told her, she called her employees and of course all of them denied that it wasn't broken when it got there for some reason or another, so the lady stated that i was the one lying. I'd been driving my car for over 3 hours in meetings back and forth and the window was not broken and I know because I had just put my GPS in glove compartment, so i would have noticed but the lady rudely told me to do whatever i want because i was lying. ...read more
