UNFAIR SERVICE
I was really excited going in here to clean my car and went there because it's close to my job. As i go in my car, the first thing i noticed is that my front windhield is broken. I went back to the cashier(which now i know is the owner) and told her, she called her employees and of course all of them denied that it wasn't broken when it got there for some reason or another, so the lady stated that i was the one lying. I'd been driving my car for over 3 hours in meetings back and forth and the window was not broken and I know because I had just put my GPS in glove compartment, so i would have noticed but the lady rudely told me to do whatever i want because i was lying.

I would like to tell the citizens to avoid this car wash at all cost. I purchased a new vehicle that was not even 4 days old and went to have it cleaned at this car wash. Needless to say, I got in my car to first notice the unprofessional cleaning of the inside. They didn't wipe the dash board, console, etc. I then realized I had a dent in my hood. I confronted the manager, for her to tell me this couldn't have happened at this car wash. I had been nowhere else that day. You can actually see the spinning rotation mark around the dent from the machine. She informed me to deal with it and then hung up on me. The staff is unprofessional and it is way too expensive. I myself being a business owner of several business, always always put my customers first and they are always right. This car wash apparently doesn't want to be open for long considering they are very rude to their customers. I know I will never go back there again and neither will anyone that I know.

I would avoid this car wash at all costs. I recently had my car washed here and when I returned to my car, I noticed that a portion of my driver's side mirror was broken off. I am certain that this occurred while my car went through the car wash, because it is something that is very noticeable. When I confronted the manager, she said that there was no way this could happen at her car wash, and insinuated that someone must have struck my car. I pointed to various spots in the car wash where I believed this damage could have occurred, and she simply laughed at me -- no exaggeration. She then told me she would have someone search the bays for my missing piece, and if they found it, they would "glue" it for me. She said she would call me the next day. Well, of course she never called and when I called her a day or so later she seemed not to remember me. She said she would ask her employee if he found anything in the bays. However, by this point, without having alerted him to the need to find the missing piece, he likely would have thrown it away. She then hung up on me saying that she would call me back because she "had a customer." She has not yet called back. \t\n\t\nIt was the most unprofessional exchange I've ever had, and I will never again visit this car wash. I have never felt so mistreated, and am now responsible for an expensive car repair for damages I did not do!What's more, the car wash, which was entirely too expensive to begin with, was not very good... \t\n\t\nStay away - you've been warned!
