This is a new facility and looks really clean from the onset, but it's not. I had my entire household moved into two storage units over the winter. This summer as I move out, I have shelving that is moldy and has to be destroyed as well as many other items. Curtains, bedding, etc. I moved as much as I could into plastic tubs last spring when I realized there was standing water inside my unit, but I wasn't able to salvage everything. The response I got from the owner was to contact my insurance agent. After showing him the damage (water marks half way up my boxes at that time) he opened a unit he had just rented to let the standing water dry out before the new renter moved their items in. The contract also states he will take care of pest control. My unit is covered in beattles and spiders.
