I saw a promotion by Humdinger Sportfishing that ran on Groupon for a half-day fishing charter and wanted to take advantage of the great deal. I was a little suspect that we we might not get treated like "Regular" full-fare customers, but the deal was too good to pass up. We booked a morning charter with Captain Jeff Fay. The weather was nice and the waters off of the coast of Kona were very calm. The boat was very nice and also had a clean bathroom on board. The fishing was very good and we caught one blue marlin and tagged another blue marlin. Kudos to the crew. They were great and I would highly recommend the Humdinger to anyone coming to Kona on vacation. ...read more
