We used Wayne and learned the hard way that his company does not stand behind their work. Within a week after install, we had over 20 areas that need repair. Wayne met my wife on site and promised to repair the next day. He never showed. I got involved, set up an appointment with Wayne..he never showed. He has turned hostile and we will have to go to the courts for resolution. I strongly advise against using this company for any services...even something as simple as carpet. ...read more

Within one week of install, over 20 locations need repair. The owner, Wayne Hudgins, no-showed on the repair date as well as the next appointment. He will not answer calls, won't return calls, won't respond to letters...He is a rude, dishonest person with a very bad temper. I cannot believe he is still in business.
