Wayne Hudgins Floors & Carpet

We used Wayne and learned the hard way that his company does not stand behind their work. Within a week after install, we had over 20 areas that need repair. Wayne met my wife on site and promised to repair the next day. He never showed. I got involved, set up an appointment with Wayne..he never showed. He has turned hostile and we will have to go to the courts for resolution. I strongly advise against using this company for any services...even something as simple as carpet.

Within one week of install, over 20 locations need repair. The owner, Wayne Hudgins, no-showed on the repair date as well as the next appointment. He will not answer calls, won't return calls, won't respond to letters...He is a rude, dishonest person with a very bad temper. I cannot believe he is still in business. I have been forced to file a lawsuit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
