My wife and i have been living in this apt complex for over a year now. Luckily, were getting out of here. Mind you, we didnt want to leave without warning other potential tenants the pros, and cons (mostly cons).PARKING is ridiculous, there never seems to be enough parking. Even in our own assigned parking spot, ive almost had my car towed easily over 5 times.NOISE, its fairy quiet, thats about the one thing thats ok.The grounds look decent, but dont be fooled. Theyve painted over OLD termite infested wood. A simple example is me going out onto my balcony, and the heel of my foot going through the wood cause of how rotted it is.ALSO, IMPORTANT, At the gate, when entering or exiting this complex, the risk for an accident is greater than any other complex driveway ive ever seen.Without exaggerating, since weve lived in this complex, weve seen a minimum of 10 accidents at the entrance/exit of this hell hole. The Managre Lupe refused to tell the neighbor my apt# when, after the first of several rounds of chemo, I apparently was in the worng spot. Girls kne me, knocked on doors, waitr=ed n hour,LUPE WANTED HER TO TOW. SO she did. I was so sick from chemo that I went our minsh and no car. No Car, mo chemo. This is my third round but I was fine coming here, lupe has changed our $25.00 rental, if one apartment has two peope with cars, and then wontgive my address. Always giving tenants violations for noise if the kids are having fun past 9 p.m. because no kuds are allowed outside past nine. I have never hated living anywhere as much as I hated living at Millcreek Apartments. There is a horrible noise problem. I have a one year old who is woken up at least 3 times a week by cars blaring music outside our apartments. I can literally see my neighbors smoking crack. The cops are here at least once a week. I have made complaints to management and nothing has ever been done about it. Natasha in particular has been increasingly difficult to talk to. I have never met a more disrespectful "community manager" (what a joke!) in my life. We have had tons of problems we asked to be fixed and nothing gets done the first time. And now that our lease is up in 6 weeks I couldn't be happier. I found the perfect apartment in Carlsbad but they wont let me out of my lease 2 weeks early. I really hate this place. On move in, they couldn't assign my parking spot until the second day so the manager told me to park in office parking and not to worry.. 8am the next day they called and had my car towed. The manager said she's sorry she wasn't there but I still had to pay $300. They advertise a gated community. The gate has never been closed in 13 months I've been here and my car was stolen from assigned spot because of that. On move in they said they will fix the sliding door not closing and locking meaning anyone can walk right in my apt. They said they would fix the inch gap on the front door between the frame and the door where bugs crawl in and I see the neighbors the crack is so big. Neighbors say their slider is broken too and I can see through their front door crack as well. I have asked them to fix it several times and it actually took me calling the building inspector to get the front door done.. but the inch crack is now on bottom instead of ...read more

I'm totally agree, those apartments are really bad. But the worst thing is the community starting with the manager they are so rude and impolite, and the neighbors are vulgar they don't respect anything. The apartment has several damages, like broken blinds, humidity ceilings, thin walls so you can hear everything and viceversa. The laundry room is insufficient.
