Good Customer Service
I met with the Asst.Manager of Pepperwood Vista Apartments --Socorro A. Blake at her office to renew my lease. I had the best accomodation ever from a customer service agent like her. She was very courteous, accommodating, knowledgable and personable. I never got bored waiting for the lease papers to be signed.. I doff my hat to her for her good, exemplary customer service!
