These apartments are poorly managed. There is no parking for guests, no not even one, and the parking space you get you must be prepared to fight for, because nobody obeys the rules and they are not enforced. My wife and i have been living in this apt complex for over a year now. Luckily, were getting out of here. Mind you, we didnt want to leave without warning other potential tenants the pros, and cons (mostly cons).PARKING is ridiculous, there never seems to be enough parking. Even in our own assigned parking spot, ive almost had my car towed easily over 5 times.NOISE, its fairy quiet, thats about the one thing thats ok.The grounds look decent, but dont be fooled. Theyve painted over OLD termite infested wood. A simple example is me going out onto my balcony, and the heel of my foot going through the wood cause of how rotted it is.ALSO, IMPORTANT, At the gate, when entering or exiting this complex, the risk for an accident is greater than any other complex driveway ive ever seen.Without exaggerating, since weve lived in this complex, weve seen a minimum of 10 accidents at the entrance/exit of this hell hole. WHAT A CHRISTIAN LOVING FRIENDLY COMMUNITY YOUR MANAGER LUPE CREATES. THE FIRST THING TOLD TO ME WAS THAT THE PWNERS WERE JEWISH, NOW WHY WOULD I CARE? IT WASN'T SAID IN GLOWING TERMS, NO IT WAS A UGLY STEREOTYPE. THEN SHE PUT HER FOOT IN HER MOUTH WHEN, before I arrived July 10th, she harassed Rob for smoking a cigarette on our bacony. Rob didn't know if I wanted smoke and was trying to be poilite. Lupe came over and I said it's noice not getting the walls discolored, and she knew immediately she blew it when, so greedy for the owners money, said, "and that's why your not getting your deposit back, because there's smoke on the wall". We had lived here ten days.
