I've been seeing Dennis for over 11 years and he has helped me through a number issues ranging from physical injury and alignment to mental stress and anxiety. He does incredible body work with his healing touch and acupuncture treatments that leave me feeling so much healthier than when I came in. WARNING: Terrible Urgent Care !! At the California Street location they put my health in danger, you should be careful with yours... I joined, made an appointment, and saw a P.A. Although I offered him detailed info about my pain and fever, he continually rushed, telling me 3 times that my Urgent Care appointment only got me 15 minutes, and he had people waiting for him. (The reception room was empty.) Then, instead of basing a decision on my symptoms, he based his diagnosis on his own personal history when he himself once had a similar pain, and it turned out to be a kidney stone. He claimed my pain and fever were not linked. He refused to give me any medicine or treatment for immediate relief and his instructions were to "go home and hope it passes" !!!?????? Thankfully after leaving, I thought to call my "old" doctor back in NYC. He took 15 minutes on the phone with me, asked me far more intelligent questions, listened to my info, and diagnosed an Acute Prostate Infection, and immediately phoned in a prescription for antibiotics. 5 days later ONE Medical still had not called me back with my lab results. When I contacted them, they finally e-mailed them to me at night with a note saying that I did actually have an acute infection and they recommend treatment. If I had waited and relied on their medical treatment I would have had severe health complications and likely a dangerous spread of the infection. I can't speak for their doctors, or their other franchised locations, but THIS location system, personnel and urgent care put my health at risk. PATIENTS BEWARE !!!! (I'm not writing a fake bad review, or flaming them out for fun like a bad restaurant. I think medical care is critical, and they flat out got the whole process WRONG.
