We also wanted to share Amanda's review she posted for other companies that might be considering a boat outing on their next team building, sales, or appreciation for staff event. Amanda's Review: My company used Newport Pontoon for our corporate event and we couldn't have been more pleased with the way it all turned out.  Garrison was so helpful and accommodating.  I can't thank him and Newport Pontoons enough!My company has 4 offices across the country and the directors of each office flew out to be at our event.  It was very important that things ran smooth and everything had a polished finish.  We knew we wanted to rent a something to drive around the harbor.  Before Newport Pontoons, there were only 2 options - either a duffy or a yacht.  Duffy's are so small and cheap looking that there was no way I was going to trust the 11 most important members of our company to float around in one of those things.  Newport Pontoons really came to our rescue. The boats were clean and sharp looking. They were spacious, with room for people to walk around and change seats if need be.  There was a table to put snacks, veggie trays, and drinks on.  They even offered us a cooler with ice for our convenience. There are not enough good tings I can say about Newport Pontoons.  There was no contest between choosing N.P. over any of the duffy rental places in the harbor.  Also, parking was very easy compared to the other duffy rental places. Kelley I: Great way to cruise the harbor.  So much more room than a Duffy.  Easy to drive and nice people to greet you.  They provide full instructions on how to operate this boat as well as how to safely negotiate the busy harbor.  Every one of our 9 guests were comfortable and warm, plus the IPOD plugs into the stereo.  The only suggestion I would have would be to get more cup holders in the boat.  Less drinks will be spilled. Small issue, really. Parking is easy and safe. I highly recommend this company over a Duffy rental.  You will not be disappointed Call early as they tend to book all the boats on the week-end.  Best time is late afternoon, evening. Jess Y: I had never rented a pontoon boat before and was very happy that I did! I usually rent Duffy boats, but not any more! The pontoon boat has so much more room and the ride is so much nicer. It truely is luxurious. I brought my little girl and she had a ton of room to play with her toys and spread out, on the duffy boats there is no space at all and it is a struggle to keep the little ones occupied but she had a great time on the pontoon. It was very easy to drive and you sit up higher so you can see out a lot better and when you get on you will be surpised at how nice these are. They want to make sure you have a great experience amd are very accomidating and I will definitely be renting these boats again and again! I rented it in the afternoon as a surprise for my grandparents who were in town and brought a picnic lunch and I can’t wait to take more family outings like this! Newport pontoons is going to be the only way i do harbor cruises!I was able to purchase a 1 1/2 hour cruise through the incredible groupon deal they had. I kick myself for not purchasing more!! We went this past sunday @noon. Took my wife and 2 kids and mother in law. With seating for 11 we had plenty of room for us 5.The pontoon was excellent,clean and plush. We hooked up pandora on the iphone and enjoyed the harbor.The staff was great and got us in and out with no delays.We didnt use the bbq but its awesome that its there and available for longer cruises.We usually will rent the duffy boats but newport pontoons has totally changed the game. With so much space and room to move its gonna be the only way we do harbor cruises again! Jeanine N: I purchased a groupon for this and before I completed my purchase, I called them to ensure they had a spot open for the date I wanted to use it and since they did, I completed my order then made my reservation. The previous poster who was unhappy about availability should not let that reflect poorly in their review of this company because that is not in their control. My family and I were very happy with our experience 100% and would come here again! What a great family time, and yes, we used the grill on the boat and there were NO problems with them arranging that. The service was outstanding as well. Very friendly people and I hope they are around for a long time! We made some great Father’s Day memories this year and thank you!!
