I would give zero stars on this rating if it would let me. I went through a divorce and for the first time ever had to get a storage unit. Well long story short I forgot I had a unit and got behind on payments. I called and made a payment on friday 11/30 of 170.00 and was told that the following Tuesday it would be unlocked and that my balance was current. Took off work to get my items out of storage on Tuesday to find out it wasn't unlocked and that I had a 40.00 balance for some auction fee. And that it would be unlocked on Friday if that balance was paid. The lady I spoke to put me on mute and waited for me to hang up. Working in a call center I knew what was happening. They put me on mute to make me think the call dropped. Then when I said I knew I was on mute a man got on the phone. This happened in hot springs Arkansas. I would recommend a different storage company to go to and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. ...read more
