Thank you 180 for helping our group out when our OEM toner exploded in our primary printer. Our school district literally runs on toner and when we found ourselves in need of toner 180's Jeannie Wilson made sure that we had a replacement within an hour. The toner worked great and cost us less. Thanks Jeannie for you courteous attention to our emergency.

I was purchasing toner from Pitney Bowes and had horrible experiences with them. I tried 180 and found that there is real service still available. I can call and talk to courteous people or email my orders in, I get tech support for free, and the repair services are remarkable and cost hundreds less. After several months of working with 180 my boss gave me a raise because of the large cost savings 180 has given our company. Thank you Jeannie for being there when I need help.

We've seen more and more companies offering services such as ink refilling, and re-manufactured toners, many businesses are attracted to these services in order to save on operating costs. And... while HP, Lexmark, Canon and many other manufacturers of printers persist in bad-mouthing compatibles, the truth is most OEM toner and ink are remanufactured in the same manner as compatibles. The real difference between a good compatible toner and an OEM compatible is price. I go to many different types of businesses from large Fortune 500 companies to Home Offices. One of the things that I notice is that many clients plug their printers into asurge protector or UPS battery backup. May I suggest to you not to do this. Most laser printers and Fax equipment should be plugged directly into the wall outlet, this will prolong the life of your printer. Inexpensive Color Deskjetprinters are fine for the home user who prints pho... READ MORE Posted February 03, 2011 at 09:59 AM180 Printer and Toner Management, LLC Products

I was reading your blog about MFPs. What are they and why is it better than a copier?
By on February 04, 2011Copier –This machine is going to be bigger and be lower in cost per print. If you are doing a lot of copies, say you run monthly reports that go to 75 people so you get 5,000 pages through these reports, a typical “copier” would be right for you. MFP – Multi-Function Printer. Is equally used for printing, copying, scanning and faxing. This device will generally work well up to about 15,000 pages a month. Most people would do well with an MFP.
February 04, 2011Hi I'm getting black lines on my printed copies. What could be causing this?
By on November 06, 2010Hi Artist, First, change the toner cartridge to see if that corrects your problem. Most printing defects are attributed to defective or empty Toner Cartridges. Second, look inside the printer and look for loose toner on the paper path. If the interior of the printer looks clean then you may need to replace the fuser. The fuser is a replaceable consumable. "180" can replace the fuser if you would like. We charge, Labor: $65.00 flat rate plus the part cost. "180" Tech Support
