I was purchasing toner from Pitney Bowes and had horrible experiences with them. I tried 180 and found that there is real service still available. I can call and talk to courteous people or email my orders in, I get tech support for free, and the repair services are remarkable and cost hundreds less. We've seen more and more companies offering services such as ink refilling, and re-manufactured toners, many businesses are attracted to these services in order to save on operating costs. And... while HP, Lexmark, Canon and many other manufacturers of printers persist in bad-mouthing compatibles, the truth is most OEM toner and ink are remanufactured in the same manner as compatibles.The real difference between a good compatible toner and an OEM compatible is price. Today there are several American companies that produce Premium Toner that has a lower return rate than most OEM toners. Why? Because the major manufacturers import their OEM products from China, Maylasia, etc and while quality control is acceptable it is not exceptional.180 offers its clients only the finest American made toners and inks available. Our cost is higher than the Chinese product but we are able to retail our Premium Toners at the same price as the oversees product. We don't believe in marking up our price 400% to our clients. 400% and higher is what an OEM toner sells for, and it's not as good as an American made Premium Toner.Note: A new trend we found in the marketplace is selling expired inks and toner. Beware, look at your cartridgebefore installing. Usually there is a second label covering the expired date. Unless the adveriser tells you you'rebuying expired products and you receive one, call and demand your money back and stay away from that supplier. Expired inks may work, but the chances for a ruined inkjet or laserjet is substantially higher. Think long term not short term.
