I have spent alot of money in this shop and they are never friendly anymore. I used to love going into the shop and now i will go in and just feel unwelcome due to the attitude of the one lady working. Not sure of her name but she always seems upset. I'm not sure what has happend over there but the gruff greeting or none at all when you go in anymore is unpleasant. I go in the shop frequently and the one lady in there is usually upset about something or just seems mad. I have gone to ordering from Candleberry online because their candles last and last and have the best scents. I don't even enjoy the shop in KC anymore due to the attitudes there and I have spent alot of time and money with them. Just don't get it. What happend??? ...read more

If your to the point of pulling your hair out over your candles and tarts, Please "Check Out" my articles listed on the Kountry Crow Candles and Soaps Website. I love the fact I can google most of the topics I need for a project on the web. What II don't like is that most of the articles I find are skimpy. I mean where's the beef? I will be blogging and having in depth how to's on my site, so you guys don't pull your hair out. I will in the future, be adding some videos as well, so it's been a busy two weeks for us and we want to thank everyone for the orders.
