Went in for a pedicure, had to bring my daughter (unplanned), she got mildly restless in the very small, cramped pedicure area. The staff was not accommodating and I felt so uncomfortable that we actually left before it was completed. This might be a great salon for some-but don't bring your kids! I'll be looking for a place where our family can feel good about. I'm very disappointed because this is close to our home and in a nice part of Sun Prairie-I really wanted it to work. We are brand new to the area. At our former salon in MN-also an Aveda salon-we always felt great about being there, even my children got haircuts there, they loved us. I guess I took that for granted-there are no warm fuzzies at MCV, and I'm not impressed with the customer service. I wont be giving them any more business. ...read more
