HORRIBLE!!! Merrie (the owner) did a horrible job with my cousin's wedding run-through (refused to try to fix it when my cousin said the look wasn't right.. it was actually ridiculous how bad it looked, and my cousin was in tears)... they refused to give my cousin her money back or do anything about it (plus the pricing they told her over the phone was not what they actually charged).. but because it was too close to the wedding date, we were unable to find another salon. We requested not to have Merrie do the wedding party hair, because we weren't confident in her abilities. She glared at us the entire time we were in her salon, making us very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. I got my hair done by another staff person (Nikki). She barely talked to me. Was kind of rude actually (even the other bridesmaids noticed). And my curls were falling out before we even left the salon. $45 for a crappy hairdo that left me feeling self-conscious all night. I had to fix it before the wedding!! ...read more
