I booked this company for my daughters wedding in September 2012. 8 weeks prior to wedding we were given horrbile news my son in law to be was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and neede to start chemo right away. The dream wedding my daughter planned for 3 years was put on hold til next september. Everyone EXCEPT ELS was understanding about this horrific situation. When i phoned he was such a jerk and basically to bad for you we have a contract. I had paid in full so I used the bus with friends. The bus was filthy from the driver prior to ours one seat was wet so no one could sit there the only thing this company had going for them was the driver who was nice. Consumer's BEWARE!!!! Customer service is NOT where it should be. They will not go above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations. As far as ""the customer is always right"" that does not apply here. Something about keeping the customer's money when a service is not provided just doesn't seem ethical or acceptable in my opinion. I recommend finding a business that is sensitive to the consumer's needs and also has the capacity to be empathetic in extenuating circumstances. ...read more
