Took a deer there to get the meat ground up. The first lady we talked to looked like we were crazy and had no idea what to do. 2nd person we talked to was a little better.\t\nWe go to pick up our meat go home. We had asked to put it into 1 lbs packages and the sheet says we paid for 38 lbs. We count the packages and there are only 28 packages. So we call and they said they really did give us 38 lbs they just didn't put it in exact 1 lb packages. So basically they didn't listen AT ALL to what we said. They are on 1.4 lb packages - which isn't even close to 1 lb. This is basically 10 less meals that I can use this meat for. \t\nI was thinking of having them cater my wedding but that's totally out not and we will not be going back there for any meat/wild game processing and tell our friends not to either. ...read more

We ordered two fresh turkeys 10 days before pickup, the day before Thanksgiving. We began to prepare the birds around 10 am on Thanksgiving for a late dinner. The first surprise was to see the legs bound together just like the supermarket variety turkey. The second surprise was the birds were frozen.
