The Worst Customer Service
If your thinking of buying an applianbce from a local retailer, well Wholesale Appliance Center offers no follow up customer service, in fact if your appliance breaks in the first year regarding how much you spent, you are on your own and given the 800 number of the major corporation to deal with it yourself. As stated by Stephanie (who refused to give her last name) pr rep for the company, it states in the owners manual that you must contact the manufacturer. I just bought an expensive oven 6 months ago and the sales staff seems mad at me and will not talk to me. Buy online or from Cliff's in Mt. Pleasant who does service and provide excellent customer service for all the appliances that he sells.
