I had a very good experience with the Brightwells team. I have an uncommon brand of dryer and they were able to schedule a repair the next day. They were prompt and honest. They also stood behind thier work, when the first fix did not take they took the time to come back until the situation was resolved. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone! If your thinking of buying an applianbce from a local retailer, well Wholesale Appliance Center offers no follow up customer service, in fact if your appliance breaks in the first year regarding how much you spent, you are on your own and given the 800 number of the major corporation to deal with it yourself. As stated by Stephanie (who refused to give her last name) pr rep for the company, it states in the owners manual that you must contact the manufacturer. I just bought an expensive oven 6 months ago and the sales staff seems mad at me and will not talk to me. Buy online or from Cliff's in Mt.
