I had some mechanical troubles with my boat. Pacific Boatland is a certified Supreme dealer and repair shop. After the boat was there for almost a week they told me that it needed a new transmission. (The boat is only 6 years old with 250 hours on it). They then told me that the transmission was on back order and they could not get it. This went on for over 3 weeks. Finally I decided to pick the boat up and bring it home rather than sit outside in their yard exposed to the elements. After another week of waiting for this supposed transmission that it needed and they couldn't get I began calling other shops to get their input. Two other shops told me they could get the transmission within 2-3 days. I took it to one of these shops. This company thought it best to properly and thoroughly inspect the transmission before making a $5000-$6000 repair to the boat. After pulling the engine and tearing down the transmission they found that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I called Pacific Boatland to find out how they were able to diagnose that the transmission needed to be replaced. I was told "they heard a noise."As a result of their mis-diagnosis, I ended up being without my boat for all of July and all of August....the only nice weather months we have in the pacific northwest. After a number of calls and complaints they reimbursed me the $200 they charged me for the mis-diagnosis. The owner was supposed to call me about this issue and never bothered to. The shop that I eventually took the boat to had to charge me $700 for pulling the engine, tearing down the transmission, and making a proper diagnosis of it. They said they would have never done this if the other shop wouldn't have said that it needed a new transmission in the first place. ...read more

Within 4 hours and no appointment we had both our bmw's tinted and we couldnt be happier. I got there before my husband and Chris at solar eclipse was very helpful and informative, not pushy or out for the buck. This place is one of the few that is still personable and not robotic..you get real conversation, real facts and suggestions versus a script on a screen or manual. Not to mention, the price Chris gave us was really competitive but also the quality was phenomenal! Once my husband came he got the same quality in service also...and to please us both is a miracle in its own! Needless to say our cars look amazing and we will definitley tell our friends and family. ...read more

Imagine my surprise when I found a car repair shop that is honest, sincere, and good at fixing cars. Being a woman, I am used to unethical mechanics who try to talk me into unnecessary repairs and charge me a year’s salary for the privilege of being bamboozled. I was only in town for a day when my transmission started acting up. Not knowing anyone here I relied on the internet to find a repair shop. Premium Automotive Repair had a 4.5 star rating and they were close so I decided to give them a shot. Jeremy, the owner, lived up to his rating in stellar fashion. He gave me the worst case scenario to let me know what it “could” cost me and then proceeded to fix the problem with a minimum of fuss and money. I had my car back and was on the road in just a few short hours. I am very impressed with his integrity and his sincere desire to give you the best possible work for the least amount of money. I would gladly give Premium Automotive Repair ten stars if that option existed. ...read more

Back in 2002 I was working with a salesman to purchase a Four Winns for almost 6 months to get "just the right one". We finally worked out a deal and I went to purchase it with my check book in hand and the price changed dramatically higher. I ended up purchasing a Four Winns (which I still have and love) somewhere else. 2008 I went there to get a drain plug for my cooler. They said they would order it and call me. I never heard from them. I have always had it serviced at Riverside Marine (who has been great!). Fast forward to 2010. I was going to change the oil in it myself this year for the first time. I reluctantly went to Pacific Boatland for the factory parts. After getting the oil out I realized they had sold me the wrong size oil filter and the incorrect oil grade as directed in the owners manual. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! ...read more

When did the internet become a place to bash honest companies trying to make a living? I cant believe the last two reviews of this company. I have dealt with them for 11 years and have never had a problem that was not address quickly and fairly. They have always gone the extra mile for me. For example, just recently I had a trip planned to go to the Tri-Cities for a family camping trip with 19 relatives and I have the only boat. I went to pick up my boat from lake merwin and prepare for the 4 hour drive. The boat would not start. In a panic, I immediately called pacific boatland (Sat morning). They ask me some questions and we tried a few things over the phone. Nothing worked. I took the boat to them and they called a technician in just to work on my boat. He assessed the problem, installed a new fuel pump and they had me on my way in less than two hours. The boat ran perfectly. This is a company that cares about their customers, and two sour grapes reviews should not deter anyone from doing business with them. The many happy customers dont take the time to do reviews, but the unhappy few will tell everyone their story. ...read more

As in the last review I found them very slow and hard to communicate with. After buying a boat from them they did not stand behind what they told me. They are unethical, period. I highly recommend not doing business with them, but if you must I would have a lawyer review all documents. ...read more
