I'd expect, if you're dumb enough to wash a car in the dead of winter, for situations like ice forming in an environment where water is used. I wouldn't give you a refund either since there was no problem other than you lacking common sense.This being said, my experience could not have been better. There was a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere where all the employees seemed to enjoy their work. If people are expecting their car to come out shiny as a new penny when it went in splattered with bugs and grime they should take the time to consider that you'd be better off spending your own time hand cleaning the gunk off your car rather than demanding better results.
