I just move to Marysville and was there for the first time to get a pedicure the service was nice and peaceful. Also I would like to say the customer service was very good after experiencing a mean customer exploding on the tech and he was actually very calm and tried his best to help her but she was just wow. people there so friendly. They do nails the best job. I'm Mexican and i dont speak English well but they still nice to me, I got every things done there and everything so perfect. I had a pedi done here today and it is THE worst pedi I have ever had!!! Reasons: \t\n-The lady cut my toenails crooked\t\n-Certain parts of my toenails were NOT polished\t\n-She cut my toenails way to Short\t\n- Very bad customer service i was clearly talking to the lady and she ignored me (telling her my toe hurt)\t\n-I have had Numerous surgeries on my left foot (with large scar to see) & she was being very ruff pulling my foot. WORST place I have ever been to...\t\nIf you are smart, AVOID this place!!! It looks like a 5 year old gave me a pedicure.\t\n\t\nMy sister & Friend was also there with me and had her Eyebrows waxed and she partially tweezed one side and not the other and left numerous stray noticeable hairs and totally messed up on my sister's Manicure, so much she doesn't even want them on...\t\n\t\nWhat a joke this place is!!!!!!!!!!!!\t\n\t\nThe lady's & Guy really did not take time or care about the job she did! ...read more
