The team at this store were friendly and on top of things. I had my car detailed and it looks brand new. They kept me informed of their progress and didn't cut any corners. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend them. ...read more

I wanted to post some praise for the guys at Cartoys after reading this horribly negative post! It really sucks for the guys there to not be able to dispute. I was in there and was treated like a king. They were somewhat busy but a nice young man took his time to excuse himself from who he was helping just to say hello. Then returned to the first person. I had to wait a few minutes but another guy (I think the manager) came over to me to see what he could do. I was having trouble with a factory installed bluetooth thing connecting to my new phone. He came out to my car and within a few minutes had it connected, all my names and numbers downloaded and even made a few test calls. The AT&T store who I bought the phone from wasnt able to do this, the best buy said they wont ,but Cartoys took great care of me. When I asked him how much I owed him he just said that the next time I need help stop in to see him first. NO CHARGE! for a company to just come out in the cold and sit in a strangers car and then not charge anything for it is very refreshing! THANK YOU LYNNWOOD CAR TOYS!
