Horrible communication. Didn't complete the job by the day they stated they would and didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know. I showed up with my tenants to a half complete job and completely wasted their night. They finished the next day but didn't clean up after themselves even though they proudly claimed they would. The unit was spotless before they showed up and I had to spend another 1.5 hours cleaning it after they were there. They also damaged my brand new laminate flooring and when I tried to get them to fix it, they stated that they considered it a wash because I didn't pull the staples out of the stairwell before they laid the carpet and it cost them an hour of labor which should wash with the damaged floor replacement. Nevermind that I specifically asked what to do with the staples ahead of time and was specifically told to hammer them in. All in all, a horrible experience and I will never use them again. Antique wool rugs are fragile so gentleness and care should be taken when trying to keep them clean. They do get dirty from time to time but they cannot be cleaned like most rugs.
