I droped my 2012 boat off for it's break in maintenance and a look over. It was there for three weeks. When I got it back. They instaled the 600.00 cover wrong. It rained and put stress on the eyelets of the cove which ripped. The boat came back dirty scratches in the decal on both sides and now it goes about 5mph slower. 13 Benjamin's later and they assumed no liability. The bennies of being the only show in town. Brothers Powersports is a crooked business with rude people. I bought a Honda scooter and a $500 Honda Protection Plan that is refundable. Powersports tacked on a Non-Refundable Maintenance Plan to the tune of $1000. With that plan I was supposed to get 10% off all parts and accessories for thirty-six months. Powersports, however, failed to honor the contract. I didn't get any discount on parts and accessories. I asked them to cancel the contract and give me at least $500 refund of the $1000 I paid. The owner said he would think it over and come up with something fair. However, the owner changed his mind. Not going to give anything back when I asked to cancel it in one month's time. This is a bad faith contract to give me 10% discount in the contract and then not honor it on things I buy that qualify.
